Creative Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Salary: IDR 4.5 – 6 juta

Education Level: Bachelors Degree

Field of Studies: Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications

Criteria

  • More than 3 years of professional experiences
  • More than 1 year of experience working in the creative economy
  • Possess at least 2 of the following skills: photography, videography, video editing, art direction, design, illustration, graphics for data visualization, multimedia
  • Equipped with the ability to harness tools for SEO, content creation, Google Analytics, media monitoring, surveys, lead generation, event marketing & advertising 
  • Exceptional communication, copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Creative and imaginative
  • Already an active player in the field of arts and culture or social advocacy

Jobscope

  • Develop marketing strategy plan that is aligned with Ketemu Project’s ethos, for customer acquisition and building brand equity.
  • Report on the performance of marketing campaigns on a monthly basis
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
  • Create content and marketing assets, independently or in collaboration with creative communities (designers, artists, photographers &  videographers) and ensure that it meets Ketemu Project’s aesthetic and production standards
  • Craft targeted and authentic promotional messages, ensure it’s timely release through Ketemu Project’s communication channels
  • Manage Ketemu Project’s digital channels (website, EDM, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) to drive engagement and organic growth
  • Drive the promotions of Ketemu Project’s exhibitions, programs, products and services to reach sales targets and other key performance indexes.
  • Manage communications with press – writing and distributing of press releases and media kits, coordinating interviews, documenting all of Ketemu Project’s media presence
  • Develops sales strategies maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
  • Actively participate in Ketemu Project’s social programs, events and networking opportunities
