Ketemu Makan! Elizabeth Gan

Ketemu Makan! – a dinner gathering by which residents can invite up to eight guests based in Bali – is one of the two casual events hosted by Ketemu Project/Space to initiate dialogues with the local community suited to the interests of each resident. Elizabeth was interested to meet artisans of various fields such as independent craftsmen, Balinese dancers and designers furnishing interiors of the tourism trade in Bali. Her choices stemmed from her motivation to hear from the local skilled creatives what they felt were challenges facing the craft producers of today and how they negotiate these evolving situations.

Here are some images from that wonderful evening as we had our fill of delightful conversations over Ibu Koes’ mouth-watering spread.
