Terms & Conditions – Ketemu Shop


  • Operational hour: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (GMT+8).

Product Delivery

  • All of the products will be delivered from Bali, Indonesia.
  • Delivery time: Monday – Friday at 2 PM.
  • Product orders after 1.30 PM, will be included in the next day delivery.
  • Product orders in Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
  • Estimation for domestic delivery duration: 3-8 days (depends on the buyers region).
  • Estimation for international delivery duration: 1-3 weeks (depends on the buyers region).
  • We will inform you the delivery receipt on the same day as the delivery day, no later than the next day.

Product Replacement

  • Product replacement can be done if the damages or defects come from Ketemu Shop.
  • Defects of the product that occur during delivery can not be replaced.
  • For product replacement claim, please send the defect product photos and the invoice number to [email protected] .
  • You can claim for product replacement no later than 3 days after you received the product.
  • Delivery cost from buyer to Ketemu Shop for product replacement, will be borne by buyer.
  • Delivery cost from Ketemu Shop to buyer for product replacement, will be borne by Ketemu Shop.


  • After the payment completion, Ketemu Shop will immediately proceed the order. The order neither can be cancelled nor refund, except Ketemu Shop cancel the order with prior notice or other force majeure situation.
